Presentation Guideline

  • Oral presentations will last 10 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion. Please bring your presentation as pptx or pdf file on a USB stick and upload it on the computer of the conference room at the latest during the break before your session.

  • Keynotes will last 20 minutes + 8 minutes for discussion.

  • Recommended aspect ratio of the presentations is 4:3 or 16:9.
  • Posters should be printed in A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm).
